Importing Equipment

Instead of creating new equipment from scratch in the mobileX-ServicePlatform, you may also import equipment using our data exchange interface. You can use this functionality to import multiple equipments for a customer at once. You can find the equipment import feature in the drop down menu next to the "customer list".

Clicking "Import equipment" will open an import menu where you can choose between utilizing one of our templates or uploading your own files created in one of the supported file formats for the data import. The system will then assist you in selecting and sorting the data into the correct target format for the mobileX-Service-Platform.
