Diagnostic Upload In order to pass on information to support and development in the event of errors, the function "Upload diagnostic data" is available under settings. "Upload diagnostic data" is available under Settings. This is done automatically in the event of a serious error or manually by the technician: By default, the local database, as well as the log files, are uploaded to the server via zip and are available there in the portal. Local documents can optionally also be uploaded.
