Abscences The mobileX-ServicePlatform offers the possibility to mark resources as "absent" for a certain period of time in order to consider it during scheduling. This can currently be done in three ways: directly in the planning board by pressing the "CTRL" key and dragging a period with the left mouse button by using the button "Add absence" in the upper right corner of the planning board in the settings for resources in the tab "Absence". There you will also find an overview of all absences of a resource. Optionally, an absence can contain a subject and a note, which can be entered as free text. Deleting an absence is done via the view in the resource details. ×
