Import customer data

As an alternative to manually creating customer data in the mobileX-ServicePlatform, the data can also be easily imported by using the file interface. You can import multiple customers at once, using this method. The "Import customers" function can be found in the section "Customer list" via the burger menu next to the headline "Customer list".

This will open a guided import process. You can either download and fill out the provided XLSX/ CSV templates or directly upload your own file, if it is a supported format for the data import. Afterward, the system will support you with the correct selection and sorting of data for the required final format of the mobileX-ServicePlatform.
