Customer contacts

In the "Contacts" tab you can create as many contacts as you like for a customer. You only have to fill in one of the corresponding form fields to create the contact. However, it does not matter whether it is a name, a number or the e-mail address. Contacts that are obsolete can be deactivated. They can no longer be added to new operations, but remain in existing data as a reference.

The first contact you create is automatically set as the primary contact and is therefore selected as the primary contact person for a new operation by default. If you have several contacts for a client, you can decide at any time who shall be the primary contact of the client. The primary contact is always displayed on the mobile client as the main contact if no other contact person has been defined on the operation.
